Online voting process for IPS Election 2025 using eVote® starts on 16th December 2024 10:00 AM to 31st December 2024 05:00 PM.

Instructions for eVoting:
1. Please visit URL. https://evote.co.com/ips/
2. Kindly login with your Membership number (mentioned above), Email address and/or Mobile number.
3. Once the details are matched with IPS record, the member will receive an OTP on the registered email address and/or mobile number.
4. The OTP (One Time Password) is valid for 10 minutes. If you exceed this time, please regenerate OTP (maximum 5 chances to regenerate).
5. Once the OTP is verified, the Ballot paper will open for you to cast your vote.
6. You can view the Profile of the Candidates by clicking on the “View Profile” link below the Candidate’s name.
7. Choose candidate by clicking on the checkbox and then click on “Submit your vote”, at the bottom of the page.
8. By clicking on “Submit your vote” and confirming, you will complete the voting process and will receive a thank you message.
9. Only one member can vote using a Single IP Address.
10. Kindly wait till your ballot is submitted it may take time depending on the size of the ballot and internet connectivity. Do not refresh, close or click again on the Submit button.
